Have you ever asked yourself these questions?

How do I activate my core?

Pressure management is vital when it comes to moving safely and efficiently while exercising.  Christine is excited to share research-based techniques to increase stability throughout the body, decrease injury risk, and improve longevity.

What is my pelvic floor and how does it play a part in my movement?

Christine can assist you in increasing your pelvic floor awareness and educate you on it's role in your pressure management system.

How do I relieve neck/back pain postpartum?

This is extremely common and Christine can introduce stretches and strengthening exercises to decrease pain and tension and improve stability and posture.

Why am I tense all the time?

Christine can help you decrease whole-body tension with breathing exerises. Sounds lame, but by stimulating your parasympathetic nervous system (think "rest and digest"), your body is then able to relax. From personal experience, this has helped with parenting (mom rage), exercise, and being present with family and friends.

Why do my ribs stick out after having babies?

Ribflare is a natural anatomical adaptation that occurs to make room for baby.  After delivery, if the rib position is not addressed with  targeted exercises or movements, the ribs remain in this position making your system less efficient.  Work with Christine to improve rib and thoracic mobility, improve your stack, and get your system working at full speed!
