Credentials are important but are not everything. Christine loves music, usually incorporating some dancing and fun into her workouts. With a Cuban/French background, Chrisine loves latin food, cuban coffee, and a good hunt for a buttery croissant. Let's have fun and get strong together!

After 7 years of practicing physical therapy, I gave birth to my first child and, shortly after, my second. This rocked my mind and body. Fighting hypermobility, chronic hip/neck pain and stage 2 prolapse, I felt frustrated. But I did not let this stop me. I educated myself and became a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Truly, I feel stronger now than before having children.
I feel compelled to share this gift of new-found strength and connection with other women. Appreciating that movement is medicine, I am focusing on a career as a personal trainer and movement coach. Integrating Physical Therapy and Pilates, I hope to help women feel confident and connected.

Free 30 minute phone call with Christine to get to know each other and discuss expectations, goals and questions. This will ensure we are good fit.
Christine will perform a thorough evaluation. We establish a baseline using questionnaires, movement screening, and muscular strength assessment.
A customized workout and wellness plan will be developed based on client's goals and lifestyle. Your workouts will include a combination of mobility, core and strength training.
